Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for people, compliance, and strategic impact? We’re looking for an HR Lead France to lead and shape our HR operations in France. As the go-to expert for all HR-related matters in the country, you will ensure legal compliance, strengthen our HR services, and help foster an inclusive, high-performance culture. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to both management and employees, coordinate with our international HR teams, and play a vital role in translating global HR strategies into impactful local actions. As the HR Lead France, you will be responsible for all 140 employees on the French payroll (local employees, expatriates, and marine crew). In addition, you will oversee a varying number of expatriates temporarily working in France. You will be supported by a team of two HR professionals.

As a System & Tools Engineer – QHSE, you’ll be part of our QHSE team, where you’ll design, build, and maintain digital applications and tools that support safety, quality, and operational excellence across our global projects, vessels, and sites. You’ll collaborate closely with the Digital Office Team (DOT) and internal stakeholders to turn functional needs into practical, low-code solutions that simplify work and strengthen our digital QHSE processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to internal safety initiatives and continuous improvement, while developing innovative digital solutions in a creative and agile environment.
As an Project Engineer Intern, you will work directly within one of DEME’s project teams across any of our activities, including dredging, offshore, environmental, and infra. You’ll be given the opportunity to apply your engineering knowledge in real-world contexts, supporting both the technical and operational aspects of our projects.

As a Project QHSE Engineer within our Infra division, you’ll be part of the on-site team at the Fehmarnbelt project in Denmark. You’ll help maintain and monitor QHSE-S practices, conduct inspections and audits, and support the workforce in applying safety standards. As a Project QHSE-S Officer, you’ll be part of the site team on one of our offshore projects around the world. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and monitoring QHSE-S practices, inspecting activities and equipment, and ensuring procedures are properly implemented. You’ll help foster a strong safety culture and support operational excellence.
