On-site construction supervisor position within Asteria HR Group across multiple sites in the Leuven region. You will lead 2 to 6 workers daily, ensure safety protocols, and drive project execution.

You will oversee 2–3 active sites in the region with a focus on planning, progress tracking and quality, while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders on the project.

Qualifications

• Supervise a site team and lead 2 to 6 crew members on a daily basis.
• Coordinate 2 to 3 construction sites within the region with strong on-site presence.
• Plan, coordinate and communicate; act as the central point of contact for all on-site parties.

Responsabilités

• Take daily leadership on the construction site and manage one or more teams (2–6 workers).
• Manage simultaneously 2–3 sites in the region and monitor schedule, progress and quality with strong on-site presence.
• Be responsible for planning, coordination and communication and serve as the main contact point for all parties on site.

Werfleider Infra - Functieomschrijving:

• Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding op de werf en stuurt één of meerdere ploegen aan (2 tot 6 medewerkers), waarbij je zorgt voor structuur, veiligheid en duidelijke afspraken.
• Je beheert gelijktijdig 2 à 3 werven binnen de regio en bewaakt planning, voortgang en kwaliteit met een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer.
• Je staat in voor planning, coördinatie en communicatie, en fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen op de werf.
