Job summary

MANPOWER is seeking a site supervisor in Kortrijk, Belgium. You will start from your home to the construction site, verify attendance, and set tasks and priorities to ensure smooth operations.

You will act as the central point of contact for the client and external parties, address issues as they arise, oversee on-site material reception and storage, and continuously safeguard the safety of the team and the site.

Responsibilities

• Depart from home to the work site to start up the project, check attendance, and set tasks and priorities.
• Act as the central point of contact for the client or externals.
• Address and resolve issues as they arise.
• Monitor site progress to maintain a clear view of the evolution of the work.
• Receive orders on site and verify and store delivered materials.
• Continuously safeguard the safety of the team and the site.

Job description

• Je vertrekt van thuis uit naar de werf waar je de werf opstart, aanwezigheden gaat controleren, taken en prioriteiten bepalen, etc.
• Je vormt ook het centraal aanspreekpunt voor de klant of externen.
• Je gaat eventuele problemen aanpakken en oplossen.
• Je werkt actief mee zodat je een goed beeld hebt over de evolutie van de werf.
• Je ontvangt bestellingen op de werf en gaat de geleverde materialen controleren en weg zetten.
• Je waakt continu over de veiligheid van je team en de werf.
