Qualifications

• Completed training as metalworker, welder, fitter or comparable.
• Welding skills, ideally MAG/MIG, welding qualification an advantage.
• Ability to read workshop drawings and welding symbols.

Responsabilités

• Welding steel components to drawing and welding specifications.
• Marking out, cutting and machining steel profiles and plates.
• Visual inspection of welds and dimensional checks of finished components.
• Coordination with colleagues in timber production for on-time handovers.

Description du poste

You weld and process the steel components that complete our timber structures: gusset plates, anchors and connection assemblies, manufactured to measure at the St. Vith plant.

Your tasks

• Welding steel components to drawing and welding specifications
• Marking out, cutting and machining steel profiles and plates
• Visual inspection of welds and dimensional checks of finished components
• Coordination with colleagues in timber production for on-time handovers
