Job summary

IMPACT in België zoekt een semi-automatic of TIG-lasser om de groeiende metaalbewerkingsploeg te versterken. Je werkt aan diverse, maatwerkprojecten waar jouw laskunde volledig wordt benut.

Je voert lasklussen uit volgens tekeningen, assembleert constructies met precisie en levert veilig werk. Een vast contract en bij internationale kandidaten woonruimte zijn voorzien.

Qualifications

• Aantoonbare ervaring met semi-automatic of TIG lassen.
• Sterke leesvaardigheid van technische tekeningen.
• In staat om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
• Kennis van metaalvoorbereiding en uitvoering.
• Relevante lascertificaten of bereidheid ze te halen.
• Goede teamwork- en communicatievaardigheden.

Responsibilities

• Voer laskundige werkzaamheden uit volgens specificaties en tekeningen.
• Richt constructies in door precisielassen.
• Lever hoogwaardig werk volgens veiligheidsnormen.
• Werk aan maatwerkprojecten met veel variatie.
• Werk nauw samen met collega's en deel kennis.
• Houd werkruimte schoon en georganiseerd voor veiligheid.

Job description

We are recruiting a semi-automatic or TIG welder to expand the growing metalworking team of our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse, bespoke projects where your welding expertise will be fully utilized.

Your Responsibilities:

• Execute welding operations on metal profiles according to specifications and technical drawings
• Assemble constructions through precision welding techniques
• Deliver high-quality welding work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all applicable safety standards
• Work on custom projects with significant variety, where each assignment presents unique challenges
• Actively contribute to team success through close collaboration with colleagues and knowledge sharing
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure an efficient and safe working environment

Profiel

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience with semi-automatic or TIG welding, with knowledge of other welding techniques as an advantage
• Strong blueprint reading skills to understand and accurately follow technical drawings
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy
• Solid knowledge of metalworking preparation and execution processes
• Relevant welding certifications or willingness to obtain them to meet required qualifications
• Strong sense of responsibility and proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills and genuine team player mentality
