Keystone Solutions is seeking a Web Developer and Web Service API Consultant to join a dynamic team on a client site in Belgium. This consultancy mission focuses on Agile processes (Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD) to design high-performance and scalable software solutions.

The role involves designing and developing REST APIs, data exchange services, and web components in PHP and JavaScript, ensuring security and interoperability in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with APIs and REST web services.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the development and evolution of applications, APIs, and web services within the DECOM program, migrating police data to a modern open architecture.
• Conduct technical analysis, design, and develop data exchange services and REST APIs for integrating police applications.
• Adapt and enrich PoliceSearch and PolLogs, adding data analysis, AI, and ILP features.
• Develop components in PHP and JavaScript, define technical architecture, and work with teams to ensure high performance, security, and interoperability.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Web Developer and Web Service API Consultant to join a dynamic team at a client site. This consultancy mission focuses on innovative and agile processes (Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD) to design high-performance and scalable software solutions.

Project Details:

The project aims to reduce dependency on mainframe systems by migrating BNG, BCE (KBO), and other police data to a modern open architecture. This migration will enhance data accessibility for applications such as PoliceSearch, analytics solutions, artificial intelligence (AI), and Intelligence-Led Policing (ILP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and evolution of applications, APIs, and web services within the DECOM program, aimed at migrating police data to a modern open architecture.
• Conduct technical analysis, design, and develop data exchange services and REST APIs for integrating various police applications.
• Adapt and enrich strategic solutions such as PoliceSearch and PolLogs, integrating new features related to data analysis, artificial intelligence, and ILP.
• Develop application components in PHP and JavaScript, participate in defining technical architecture, and collaborate with development teams to ensure high-performance, secure, and interoperable solutions that meet operational needs.

Work Environment:

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) with a requirement to be present in the office at least twice a week, depending on tasks and in agreement with the team. Remote work is allowed from home or at the employer's location in Belgium. The team is multidisciplinary, consisting of a mix of internal and external collaborators.
