Pauwels Consulting is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand our HVAC and heat pump solutions across West and East Flanders and Henegouwen. You will serve as the technical-commercial point of contact for professional customers and installers, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.

Qualificações
- Strong technical knowledge of heat pumps and HVAC systems.
- Commercial experience in technical wholesale, installation sector, or related field.
- Hunter mentality with energy for active prospecting and building new client relationships.
Responsabilidades
- Manage and strategically grow the existing client portfolio in the construction and HVAC sector.
- Actively prospect and identify new commercial opportunities to increase market share.
- Visit customers to build durable relationships and follow up on quotes and projects commercially.
- Provide in-depth technical advice on heat pumps and integrated HVAC solutions to installers.
- Drive revenue and margin growth within the heat tech segment.
- Keep close eye on market developments, product innovations, and competitor trends.
- Support sales colleagues as a product specialist for heat pumps.
