We are looking for an experienced, technically skilled and hands-on Warehouse & Equipment Manager to join an international organisation operating within the marine, subsea, ROV and diving industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, equipment, tooling and the organisation's global asset base. You will play a key role in ensuring that equipment is properly maintained, certified, available and ready to support international projects.
This is a hands-on leadership position with a strong international focus. You will work closely with project teams, technicians, warehouse personnel and logistics partners to ensure equipment is available and operational whenever and wherever it is needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise national and international warehouses, equipment, tooling and asset inventories.
- Develop and implement procedures, policies and clear roles and responsibilities.
- Oversee certification, inspection, maintenance, repair and calibration programmes for equipment and assets.
- Coordinate international logistics, including mobilisations, demobilisations and asset movements.
- Lead warehouse personnel, technicians and specialised workshops.
- Ensure equipment readiness, inventory accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Develop and continuously improve asset management, maintenance and equipment lifecycle processes.
- Support international project teams by ensuring critical equipment is available, certified and operational.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardisation and control within warehouse and asset management processes.
- Candidate Profile
We are looking for a technically strong and experienced professional who combines leadership and asset management experience with a hands-on approach.
You ideally have
- Proven experience in warehouse, equipment or asset management within an offshore, subsea, marine or industrial environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Good knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical equipment and tooling.
- Experience with modern ERP systems, inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with logistics coordination, maintenance planning and certification management.
- Experience with ROV, diving, offshore or subsea equipment is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
- A proactive, hands-on mentality with a strong sense of ownership.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch.
- Residence within approximately 50 km of Meer/Hoogstraten, Belgium.
