Sia in Brussels seeks an experienced Vulnerability & Patch Management (Associate) Manager to own the end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle across cloud environments (GCP then AWS) and balance security with high-uptime trading systems.

You will lead risk-based prioritization with Tenable One analytics, design patch processes, and monitor SLAs while collaborating with Infra/DevOps to embed security into deployments.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, focused on vulnerability and patch management.
• Hands-on expertise with the Tenable One platform (or Tenable.io / Tenable.sc / Nessus with transition willingness).
• Solid understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and common attack vectors.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate and optimize the Vulnerability & Patch platform for scanning, asset discovery, and exposure management.
• Lead risk-based prioritization of vulnerabilities using Tenable One analytics and exposure scoring.
• Design, coordinate, and oversee patch management processes balancing security with high uptime requirements.
• Track remediation SLAs, report risk exposure, and drive timely closure with owners.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud teams to embed security into deployment and maintenance workflows.
• Maintain awareness of threats, CVEs, and exploit trends and translate them into remediation plans.
• Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement of security policies and standards.
