Flosum is seeking a visionary product leader to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a Salesforce-native platform used by release managers, developers, and CISOs. You will lead a passionate PM team, partner with engineers, and collaborate with customers to solve critical problems—delivering 10x release acceleration and rapid recovery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product leadership with 3+ years leading PM teams.
• Salesforce native mindset with deployment experience and governor limits awareness.
• Built DevOps, ALM, data protection or security products that customers love.
• Strategic 5-year vision plus strong operational ability to ship quickly.
• Storyteller capable in front of customers, analysts, or a board.
• Magnet for talent and strong people leadership.

Responsabilités

• Set the North Star with a bold, multi-year product vision for Salesforce DevOps platform.
• Build and mentor a world-class product organization across DevOps, data management, and security.
• Obsess over customers by understanding admins, developers, release managers, and security leaders.
• Ship end-to-end capabilities like version control, AI-assisted reviews, intelligent backup and zero-trust security.
• Stay ahead of Salesforce updates, ensuring native integration and platform leadership.
• Win the category by deeply understanding market dynamics and telling Flosum's unique story.
• Be a force multiplier by partnering across marketing, sales, success, and AppExchange/SI partners.
