Job summary

Ctrl-F Nv zoekt een sales vertegenwoordiger buitenschrijnwerk vanuit Grimbergen. U bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor prospects en klanten in Brussel en Wallonië, en leidt hen naar een passende oplossing binnen budget en verwachtingen.

U bezoekt klanten ter plaatse, geeft duidelijk technisch-commercieel advies, neemtmetingen op en verzorgt een correcte offerte. In de showroom presenteert u de offerte en bouwt u aan langdurige relatieopbouw.

Qualifications

• Eerste commerciële ervaring, bv verkoop of klantenadvies.
• Goede communicatie in NL en FR.
• Rijbewijs B

Responsibilities

• Bezoeken van klanten ter plaatse en afstemmen wensen.
• Technische-commerciële adviezen geven over buitenschrijnwerk.
• Verzorgen van commerciële metingen zodat calculatie een correcte offerte kan maken.
• In de showroom de offerte presenteren en vragen van klanten toelichten.
• Nazorg van het eerste gesprek tot de beslissing van de klant opbouwen.
• Regelmatig afstemmen met collega’s uit calculatie, productie en installatie.

Job description

• As a Sales Representative for exterior joinery, you are the first point of contact for prospects and clients in Brussels and Wallonia. From Grimbergen, you guide them towards a solution that suits their home, expectations and budget.
• You visit clients on-site, carefully map out their wishes and provide clear technical-commercial advice on exterior joinery.
• You handle the commercial measurements yourself. You gather the right information so that the calculation department can draw up a correct tailored quotation.
• In the showroom, you personally present the quotation, answer questions and make the benefits and possibilities of the proposed solution tangible.
• Following up on an initial consultation through to the client's decision forms an important part of your role. This allows you to build trust and increase the likelihood of lasting client relationships.
• You regularly align with colleagues responsible for calculation, production and installation. By passing on information clearly, you help every file move forward smoothly.
• You represent an organisation that has been active for over 45 years in the advice, production and installation of exterior joinery. In this family-oriented work environment, clients, collaboration and a personal service are central. • Een eerste commerciële ervaring, bijvoorbeeld in verkoop, klantenadvies of een technisch-commerciële omgeving, helpt je om snel impact te maken. Ook met beperkte ervaring krijg je ruimte om de sector en producten verder te leren kennen.
• Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, zodat je klanten in Brussel en Wallonië professioneel kunt adviseren en hun vragen duidelijk kunt beantwoorden.
• Je luistert aandachtig, stelt gerichte vragen en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar een concreet voorstel. Die klantgerichte aanpak is essentieel om vertrouwen op te bouwen.
• Commerciële flair, verzorgd contact en de drive om resultaten te behalen geven je energie in gesprekken met prospecten en klanten. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt ook actief afstemming met collega’s.
• Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en hebt interesse in buitenschrijnwerk of technische oplossingen. Technisch inzicht is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste; motivatie om bij te leren wel.
