WZC Het Prieelshof is seeking a dedicated nurse to join our warm and stable care environment in Belgium. You will combine flexible hours with a team-oriented approach and use your nursing expertise to support residents throughout their care journeys.

You will document care plans meticulously, monitor health changes, and collaborate with doctors and colleagues to optimize outcomes. Building trust with residents and families is essential in our multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with current Belgian license.
• Experience in residential care or geriatrics is beneficial.
• Ability to document care plans accurately and timely.

Responsabilités

• Perform nursing procedures per guidelines.
• Maintain and update care dossiers accurately.
• Ensure continuity of the care path and adjust as needed.
• Monitor changes in health and well-being and report them.
• Build trust with residents and their families.

Als verpleegkundige bij WZC Het Prieelshof combineer je flexibiliteit in uren met het teamgevoel van een warme, stabiele werkomgeving. Je krijgt de ruimte om bewoners echt te leren kennen en jouw expertise in te zetten in hun zorgtraject. Je werkt samen met collega’s in een multidisciplinair team en bouwt mee aan een veilige omgeving waar bewoners zich gezien en gehoord voelen.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit

• je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit volgens de geldende richtlijnen;
• je volgt zorgdossiers op en registreert zorgvuldig;
• je bewaakt de continuïteit van het zorgtraject en stuurt bij waar nodig;
• je observeert veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn en rapporteert deze;
• je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met bewoners en hun naasten;
• je stemt af met collega’s, artsen en andere disciplines om de zorg te optimaliseren.
