FINDAJOB is seeking a capable leader to head the technical department of our slaughterhouse. You will coach and lead a team of six, actively solving issues on the shop floor.

Approximately 70% of your time will be hands-on, with 30% dedicated to planning, organizing, and strategic maintenance improvements. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to drive enhancements and ensure operational continuity.

• Experience leading a technical team in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong hands-on problem solving with a bias for action.
• Ability to plan maintenance and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead the 6-person technical team in daily tasks.
• Engage in hands-on problem solving on the shop floor (70%).
• Allocate 30% to administrative planning, organizing, and strategic maintenance improvements.
• Manage the technical department of the slaughterhouse.
• Drive preventive maintenance to ensure continuity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement improvements.
