vind! techniek is seeking a hands-on operator to join its production team in Belgium. You will help keep the production line running smoothly, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of finished products to customers.

You will oversee raw material dosing, perform quality checks, and maintain production records. Growth opportunities exist as the company expands its production capacity in a growing KMO environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors or in a factory setting.
• Basic understanding of inventory and production data handling.

Responsabilités

• Keep the production line running and ensure operations follow the plan.
• Start production, check silos, and replenish raw materials as needed.
• Weigh vitamins and other additives according to the recipe.
• Perform quality checks and track results.
• Transfer product to trucks or fill into big bags.
• Manage inventory and relay orders to the office.
• Maintain weights and production records.
