Alstom in Belgium seeks a Program V&V Manager to lead verification, integration and testing activities within rail systems. You will define strategies, manage test plans, and interface with design teams and customers to ensure quality and delivery.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of software coding, and experience across multiple Alstom platforms in a complex, normative environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering.
• Good analytical skill is required.
• Understanding and experience in Software coding.
• Knowledge of at least one Alstom platform.
• Knowledge of more than one Alstom platform.
• Product and system background.
• 2+ years in relevant positions in complex normative environments.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to Verification & Validation strategy in the V&V Plan.
• Define verification methodology for deliverables.
• Define test plans and test descriptions for in-house activities.
• Perform and report verification, integration and test activities.
• Interface with other departments to align on V&V activity methodology.
• Represent Alstom to customers or partners with test progress updates.
