ITproposal is seeking a UX Designer to join a cross-functional team supporting multiple digital transformation projects. You will conduct user research, map user journeys, and create wireframes and interactive prototypes to deliver user-centered services.

You will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and development teams in an Agile environment, promote UX best practices, ensure accessibility, and deliver high-quality experiences, with hybrid on-site work in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end UX design and user research.
• Strong skills in user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experience facilitating UX workshops and presenting UX findings.
• Proficiency with Figma, Miro, or equivalent design tools.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum or similar) teams.
• Knowledge of UX metrics and UX strategy.
• French proficiency (C2 level).
• Ability to work on-site at least 60% of the time (hybrid role).
