Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and user-focused UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences. In this role, you will design website wireframes, user flows, and interfaces that enhance usability while aligning with brand objectives. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and creative teams to deliver seamless, visually compelling digital solutions.

Responsibilities

Design website wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate structure and functionality.

Create user flows to optimize the user journey across digital platforms.

Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interface designs for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with developers and creative teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve digital experiences.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.

Strong portfolio demonstrating wireframes, user flows, and interface designs.

Experience with user research, usability testing, and design iteration.

Requirements and Skills

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
