Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics or similar.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Experience in treasury or finance is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Support optimization of Payment Factory processes and rejections & returns.
• Assist with new Payment Factory ticketing tool implementation, testing, and training.
• Help establish communication on Payment Factory best practices and guidance.
• Monitor and execute payment flows to third parties initiated by affiliates.
• Coordinate with Banks' Customer Services and handle inquiries.
• Analyze returns/rejects related to Payment On Behalf Of payments and share findings.
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets raised by internal stakeholders.
