UNIQUE in Brussels is seeking a Treasury Assistant for a 6-month temporary contract in the European Quarter. Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you will support treasury dealers with daily market and operational activities.

Your responsibilities include money market operations, FX hedging, and monitoring accounts and flows, while handling multiple channels in a fast-paced financial environment. This hands-on role offers exposure to market indicators and close collaboration with Back Office.

Responsabilités

• Money Market Operations: Executing bank-to-bank transfers and performing market transactions, deposits.
• FX Market: Processing currency exchange requests for clients, executing hedging operations, and closely monitoring market indicators (key meetings, interest rate forecasts, etc.).
• Account & Flow Monitoring: Maintaining constant vigilance over internal account movements, managing incoming emails and requests, and providing prompt support to the Back Office.
• Multichannel Communication: Handling multiple communication channels simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Are you a finance enthusiast with a sharp mind for numbers and a proactive attitude? We are seeking a Treasury Assistant for a 6-month temporary contract (replacement mission) within a prominent financial institution located in the European Quarter of Brussels (1040). Reporting directly to the Head of Treasury, you will play a hands-on role in supporting treasury dealers with their daily market and operational activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Money Market Operations: Executing bank-to-bank transfers and performing market transactions, specifically deposits.
• Foreign Exchange (FX) Market: Processing currency exchange requests for clients, executing hedging operations, and closely monitoring market indicators (key meetings, interest rate forecasts, etc.).
• Account & Flow Monitoring: Maintaining constant vigilance over internal account movements, managing incoming emails and requests, and providing prompt support to the Back Office.
• Multichannel Communication: Handling multiple communication channels simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
