Tailormade Logistics (TML) is seeking a Night Shift Transport Planner/Dispatcher to be the key contact for our fleet during the night. You will monitor vehicles via TMS, intervene as needed, and ensure the day shift starts with a fleet that stays on schedule.

Fluency in Bulgarian and strong English for internal communication are required, with at least two years of experience in transport planning. Independent, practical, and calm under pressure are essential for success.

As a Transport Planner/Dispatcher on the night shift at Tailormade Logistics, you are the key point of contact for our fleet during the night. While our trucks keep moving, you keep an overview: you closely monitor our vehicles, intervene when necessary, and ensure that the day shift can start in the morning with a fleet that is on schedule.

Your Tasks

Operational

• You monitor all vehicles on the road via the TMS and tracking system, identify deviations at an early stage, and resolve or report them.
• You stay in contact with drivers and respond quickly to technical or practical problems along the way.
• You arrange roadside assistance and repairs with the garage and follow up until the vehicle is back on the road.
• You monitor drivers’ driving and rest times and notify drivers in a timely manner.
• You notify the relevant party whenever an appointment or delivery deadline is not going to be met.

Administrative

• You prepare the daily planning email so that it is ready for the start of the day shift.
• You register damage, incidents, and technical issues in the system.
• You process the administration for completed trips and complete any missing information.
• You follow procedures and safety regulations and help drivers do the same.

Profile

Who You Are

• You speak fluent Bulgarian. English is required for internal communication.
• You have at least two years of experience in transport planning, dispatching, or fleet monitoring.
• You enjoy working completely independently and are confident making decisions.
• You are practical and solution-oriented.
• You have an interest in transport or technology.
• You remain calm and clear-headed, even in difficult situations.
• You are well-organised.
• You are able to work a night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and take over the follow-up from the evening shift.
