Tailormade Logistics (TML) is seeking a Night Shift Transport Planner/Dispatcher to be the key contact for our fleet during the night. You will monitor vehicles via TMS, intervene as needed, and ensure the day shift starts with a fleet that stays on schedule.

Fluency in Bulgarian and strong English for internal communication are required, with at least two years of experience in transport planning. Independent, practical, and calm under pressure are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in transport planning, dispatching, or fleet monitoring.
• Fluent in Bulgarian; English required for internal communication.
• Independent and solution-oriented with practical mindset.
• Calm and clear-headed in difficult situations.

Responsabilités

• Monitor all vehicles via the TMS and tracking system, identify deviations early and resolve or report them.
• Maintain contact with drivers and handle technical or practical issues along the way.
