Exciting opportunity for a Program Director P&C

We are partnering with a leading international financial services client to appoint a Program Director to lead a multi-year transformation of its Property & Casualty (P&C) core platform and target architecture across the Benelux region.

This is a board-sponsored, business-critical transformation focused on delivering a harmonised operating model, modern core platforms, and streamlined processes across multiple lines of business.

The Opportunity

• As Program Director, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of a large-scale enterprise transformation - from design and roadmap definition through implementation and regional roll-out.
• You will operate at executive level, reporting to senior business and technology leadership, and work in close alignment with regional and global stakeholders to ensure architectural consistency, delivery quality, and long-term value creation.
• This role requires balancing business priorities with architectural integrity, while minimising localisation and technical complexity across diverse operating environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a complex, multi-year P&C platform and target architecture transformation
• Define and execute the program strategy, roadmap, and phased roll-out
• Oversee enterprise core platform implementation across multiple Lines of Business
• Drive alignment between regional business units and global delivery teams
• Manage a multi-vendor ecosystem, ensuring delivery quality and integration integrity
• Maintain strong governance, scope control, and benefits realisation
• Chair steering committees and engage executive stakeholders at board level
• Embed strong program management disciplines and leave sustainable internal capability
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs
• Deep expertise in P&C core platforms and insurance target architecture
• Strong multi-vendor management experience within complex technology environments
• Experience harmonising products and processes across multiple regions
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and risk management capability
