La Fosse is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Consultant to join a market leader in Belgium. The role focuses on delivering finance transformation and process optimisation initiatives for leading insurers, redesigning finance processes and operating models, and supporting digitalisation and automation efforts.

The successful candidate will lead workshops, gather requirements, and develop practical transformation roadmaps while collaborating with senior Finance, Business and IT

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a consulting or professional services firm is preferred.
• Strong track record in Finance Transformation.
• Proven insurance industry experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with strong English.
