Atlas Copco Group IT is seeking a Training Specialist to help employees build skills, confidence, and capabilities to embrace new technologies and ways of working. You will collaborate with the Change Management and Communications team to enable change through learning, adoption, and capability-building initiatives.

You will design and deliver learning experiences, coach stakeholders, and tailor programs to audience needs across a global organization, including mergers and acquisitions support

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning or capability-building initiatives that support change and technology adoption.
• Experience supporting organizational change, technology adoption, or user enablement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills with ability to translate needs into practical learning solutions.
• Excellent presenter skills and ability to communicate complex topics clearly.

Your role

As a Training Specialistin Atlas Copco Group IT, your mission is to help employees build the skills, confidence, and capabilities needed to embrace new technologies and ways of working. As part of the Change Management and Communications team, you will play a key role in enabling successful change through learning, adoption, stakeholder advisory, and capability-building initiatives.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Group IT and the business to understand capability needs and translate them into effective learning and adoption strategies. Through training, coaching, and change enablement activities, you will help employees navigate change, maximize the value of IT solutions, and strengthen organizational capability.

You will

• Guide users and stakeholders through change by driving adoption of new technologies, IT services, and ways of working.
• Design and deliver impactful learning experiences, training sessions, and workshops that help employees build confidence and capability with digital tools.
• Advise stakeholders on learning, adoption, and change strategies that support business goals and maximize value realization.
• Engage with business users to understand their needs and tailor learning and enablement solutions to audience needs, organizational priorities, and regional requirements.
• Support mergers and acquisitions through onboarding, capability building, and adoption activities that accelerate integration into Atlas Copco Group IT.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and shared responsibility for successful technology adoption.

Experience and knowledge

• Experience designing and delivering communication, training, learning, or capability-building initiatives that support change and technology adoption.
• Experience supporting organizational change, technology adoption, or user enablement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to understand needs and translate them into practical learning and adoption solutions.
• Strong presenter skills and ability to communicate complex topics in a clear, engaging, and user-friendly way.
• Experience working with digital workplace technologies, IT services, or related business applications.
• Experience in a global organization and across cultural contexts is an advantage.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, both written and verbal
