Baobab Collection in Belgium is seeking a Trade Marketing Intern to support both international and trade marketing initiatives. You will conduct market research, prepare materials, and help analyze campaigns, while learning from a seasoned marketing team in a luxury brand environment.

You'll create toolkits and presentations for distributors and retailers, coordinate promotional assets, and collaborate across Marketing, Sales and Logistics to drive brand impact.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, International Business or a related field.
• Strong PowerPoint and Canva skills with an interest in luxury brands.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and benchmarking.
• Support international marketing and trade marketing projects.
• Create impactful presentations for internal teams, distributors and retail partners.
• Analyse campaign performance and help identify future opportunities.
• Develop sales and marketing tools (catalogues, POS material, brochures, displays...).
• Coordinate POS material production and distribution.
• Collaborate daily with Marketing, Sales, Retail, Creative and Logistics teams.
• Monitor budgets and track marketing expenses; maintain reporting tools.

Are you looking for an internship where you'll learn, take ownership and contribute to real international marketing projects?

At Baobab Collection, you'll become part of a passionate marketing team working on one of Belgium's fastest-growing luxury brands. Our products are sold in more than 500 premium retailers worldwide, including Harrods, Le Bon Marché, and our own flagship stores across Europe and the US.

This isn't an internship where you'll just observe. You'll actively contribute to projects with international impact while learning from experienced marketing professionals.

What you'll do

As a Trade Marketing Intern, you'll support our Trade Marketing Specialist on a wide variety of exciting projects.

International Marketing

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and benchmarking.
• Support international marketing and trade marketing projects.
• Create impactful presentations for internal teams, distributors and retail partners.
• Analyse campaign performance and help identify future opportunities.

Trade Marketing

• Develop sales and marketing tools (catalogues, POS material, brochures, displays...).
• Support our distributors and retail partners worldwide.
• Coordinate POS material production and distribution.
• Help develop merchandising concepts and window displays.
• Create newsletters for our international sales teams.
• Support retail activations and department store campaigns.
• Update Visual Merchandising guidelines and Training Books.
• Collaborate daily with Marketing, Sales, Retail, Creative and Logistics teams.

Budget & Project Follow-up

• Help monitor marketing budgets.
• Track marketing expenses.
• Maintain reporting tools and project follow-up.

What we're looking for

• You're currently studying Marketing, Communication, International Business, Project Management or a related field.
• You enjoy organising projects and juggling different priorities.
• You're curious, creative and proactive.
• You have excellent PowerPoint and Canva skills. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus.
• You speak English and French fluently (Dutch is a bonus).
• You have an interest in luxury, design, fashion or premium brands.
• Having a car is recommended, as our offices are located in Wavre, around 15 km from Brussels.
