Acqua di Parma is seeking a Sales & Marketing Intern for Benelux to support the Sales & Marketing Manager and contribute to 360° marketing activities across product management, trade marketing, e-retail and PR. The role requires a blend of analytical thinking and strong communication in French and English with Dutch as a plus.

• Experience or strong interest in luxury goods and Benelux markets.
• Ability to analyze data and forecast sales performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager Benelux daily in operations and planning.
• Support 360° Marketing activities including Product Management, Trade Marketing, e-Retail, PR.
• Track sales targets and provide regular updates on forecasts and quotas.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Benelux market and activation plans (offline & online).
• Liaise with customers to support orders, returns, and invoicing as needed.
• Support ROI reporting and prepare launches presentations and education tools.
• Collaborate with the PR agency on Benelux activities (seeding, press releases).
• Report to the Global Headquarter on local initiatives and results.

Purpose of the job

• You will be assist the Sales & Marketing Manager Benelux on a daily basis
• You will support the overall 360° Marketing activities for the brand (Product Management, Trade Marketing, e-Retail, PR)
• You will support the follow up the sales target within the distribution
• You will develop a strong knowledge of the Benelux Market for the brand
• You will be in charge to develop and implement strong activation plans to ensure brand awareness (offline & online)
• You will develop a strong knowledge of the Benelux Market for the brand

Job responsabilities

• You will follow up the existing customers and ensure they are on track with their objectives (Daily/weekly/monthly sell-in analysis)
• You will ensure monthly follow-up of forecasts (quotas & leftovers) within the Benelux
• You will oversee the over sales support tools (presentation of launches, order forms)
• You will be in contact with our customers to provide the necessary support
• You will be checking the respect of our assortments and visual merchandising
• You will be in charge of implementing and developing tailor made trade marketing activations (online & offline)
• You will provide ROI reporting
• You will create all new launches presentations, and education tools
• You will analyze sell-in and sell-out to drive our sales objectives
• You will support our PR agency for all our activities in Benelux (seeding, press release, ad hoc requests
• You will assist all reporting to the Global Headquarter to showcase our local initiatives and results
• You will create and follow-up the customers orders
• You will be the contact person for questions regarding orders, returns and invoicing

Profile

• You possess a genuine affinity for the luxury goods industry
• You exhibit strong business acumen and an analytical mindset
• You possess strong communication skills
• You are hands-on and have an entrepreneurial mindset, wanting to develop a balanced experience between sales & marketing within a complex environment
• You are fluent in both French and English, proficiency in Dutch is a plus
• You demonstrate strong organizational skills and self-motivation
• You possess strong IT capabilities, including proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
