Inchcape Belux in Zaventem is seeking a Technician to join our Toyota/Lexus Aftersales team for ensuring top safety, performance, and reliability of vehicles leaving the workshop.

You’ll work with advanced Toyota and Lexus technologies, diagnose complex issues, and support colleagues and customers with your expertise. A secondary technical education and diagnostics experience are valued, along with a service-minded, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Secondary technical education in automotive mechanics, electronics, or similar.
• Experience in the automotive sector, ideally with a specialism in diagnostics.
• Strong focus on service quality, accuracy and structured work.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to share knowledge and grow with the team.

Responsabilités

• Carry out servicing and maintenance to meet top safety and performance standards.
• Diagnose and fix technical issues efficiently and accurately.
• Perform road tests and quality checks to ensure work meets manufacturer expectations.
• Keep detailed and accurate service records of all tasks.
• Follow manufacturer standards, repair guides and quality procedures at all times.
• Assist in preparing precise repair estimates when needed.
• Ensure the workshop is equipped with the right tools and materials to deliver seamless service.
• Share knowledge with other technicians and help elevate the team’s capabilities.
• Provide clear technical explanations to customers as required.
