Keystone Solutions is seeking a SAT testing consultant to support a major client with end-to-end testing, including planning, execution, defect analysis, and first-line support. The role combines semi-automated and manual testing across sanity, regression and functional tests in a hybrid on-site model.

You will coordinate with vendor and analysts in FR/NL/EN, lead the testing team, and ensure quality reporting throughout major releases.

Qualifications

• ISTQB certification required (Foundation level or higher).

Mission Overview:

Join Keystone Solutions as a consultant to support our client with end-to-end SAT testing. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will plan and execute the SAT test scope, support the vendor with inputs for the setup of test automation scripts, and assist Market and DGO testing by performing first-line analysis on incoming defects as part of major releases. The testing team uses a semi-automated tool for sanity and regression testing, while manual testing is applied for functional aspects of changes. Communication with the vendor and analysts occurs in the language of the user (French, Dutch, or English). We are extending test support toward DGO and Market parties by executing DGO and Market tests ourselves; therefore, our client requests a team of testers, including a team leader.

Consultancy Nature of Work:

This is a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions. You will work on-site or in a hybrid model aligned with client needs, operating within the client's processes and environments while bringing Keystone Solutions' best practices, structure, and quality standards. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, vendors, and analysts to deliver measurable outcomes under our consultancy framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the SAT test scope.
• Support the vendor by giving inputs for the setup of test automation scripts.
• Support Market & DGO testing by performing the first-line analysis on incoming defects that are logged as part of a major release.
• Use a semi-automated tool to execute sanity & regression testing; apply manual testing for the functional aspects of changes.
• Communicate with the vendor & analysts in the language of the user (French, Dutch or English).
• Extend test support towards the DGO & Market parties by executing DGO & Market tests ourselves when requested.

Scope and Approach:

• Testing is executed mostly in a waterfall approach but also in an agile approach; the latter will be gradually extended.
• SAT testing is needed for changes, part of the business as usual, satellite applications, and projects.

Service Domains Covered:

• Message Exchange (MeX): Structure, Rectification, Measure/Bill
• Batch Treatment (BT): Infeed & Settlement
• Infra changes: Upgrades, purging, configuration changes, connectivity changes, etc.

Exclusions:

• Test automation execution, security, fail over, and pure technical tests (covered by service vendors).
• The BI-domain is not part of the team's responsibility and is thus not contained in this request.

Team Lead Responsibilities:

• Acts as a SPOC for the test coordinators & test manager, ensures the optimal functioning of the testing team, making sure that knowledge is shared, test scope is clear and reports on quality & progress are shared with the stakeholders.
• Makes sure that the test planning is clear and that all test resources are made available for that test period.
• Ensures a high quality of the test team by following up on learning curve and takes mitigative actions if progress is too slow or if knowledge is insufficient.
• Ensures high quality of the test team by assigning the correct people in the correct place and makes sure that knowledge is shared in the team so the team members can easily rotate.
• Ensures high quality of the test team by early detecting and reporting potential risks in the context of progress, quality of the delivered code, duration of bug fixes etc.
• Works closely together with the SAT test coordinator & MKT test coordinator to make sure that the quality of a product is guaranteed during its entire life cycle.
• Reports to the test coordinators & test manager on a proactive & regular basis.
• Strives for a good team spirit and helps the members of the team to fit in.
• Coaches & steers the team to achieve optimal results.

Tools and Technologies:

• SOAP/UI, XML, SQL.
• Semi-automated testing tools for sanity & regression testing; manual functional testing.

Languages:

• French, Dutch, or English for communication with vendor and analysts.
• Proven knowledge of the English language (minimum European level C1), able to fluently communicate in English - project language.
• Taalvereiste: Nederlandstalig of Franstalig op Europees CEFR-niveau C1.

Certification:

• ISTQB Certification (Foundation level or higher), included in the proposal.

Reporting and Collaboration:

• Proven experience in reporting of the test activities and progress to the test managers.
• Coordinate with distributed and complex teams across locations and stakeholders.
• Work closely with SAT and MKT test coordinators throughout the product lifecycle.
