Médiane Benelux recherche un Lead Test Strategy pour définir et déployer une approche de validation logicielle cohérente sur plusieurs produits embarqués destinés à des secteurs réglementés et sensibles. Le rôle combine stratégie de validation, amélioration des processus, coaching d’équipe et coordination des parties prenantes dans un cadre technique exigeant.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent.
• Au moins 8 ans d’expérience en tests logiciels.
• Expérience en industries réglementées et à fort enjeu sécurité.
• Capacité à définir et déployer des standards de test et des cadres de validation.
• Maîtrise du français (fluide).

Responsabilités

• Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de validation logicielle.
• Revoir les pratiques de test et identifier les axes d’amélioration.
• Établir des méthodologies réutilisables et cadres de test.
• Coacher les équipes de développement et de validation.
• Conduire des revues avec les experts techniques et les parties prenantes.
• Assurer la traçabilité et la qualité tout au long du processus de validation.

Le poste :

Our client, a company operating in the defense sector, is looking for an experienced Test Strategy Lead to define and deploy a consistent HLR testing approach across several embedded software products. This role combines validation strategy, process improvement, team coaching and stakeholder coordination in a complex and highly regulated technical environment.

Your responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall software validation strategy.
• Review current testing practices and identify improvement opportunities.
• Establish reusable methodologies, standards and testing frameworks.
• Support the definition of KPIs and monitor test coverage.
• Coach software development and validation teams.
• Lead reviews with technical experts, management and key stakeholders.
• Help structure testing activities across multiple products and teams.
• Ensure consistency, traceability and quality throughout the validation process.

Profil recherché :

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• At least 8 years of experience in software testing, verification or validation.
• Strong expertise in requirements-based testing.
• Proven experience in safety-critical, regulated or highly technical industries.
• Demonstrated leadership in test strategy, validation governance or team coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to define scalable testing processes and support organizational maturity.
• Experience with embedded software environments is highly valued.

Mandatory requirements

• Fluent French.
• On-site presence at least four days per week.
