Qualifications

• Engineering degree demonstrating interest in mechatronic systems.
• About 3 years of automotive experience preferred.
• Experience in Labview is a big plus.
• Basic knowledge of control theory and structural dynamics is essential.

WearecurrentlyseekingmotivatedTestRigEngineer[NVHDrivetrainTestSystem]tojoinourteam.Byjoiningus,you'llbepartofaleadingcompanythatisshapingthefutureofhybridtransmissiontechnology.

AsanNVHTestRigEngineer,yourprimaryfocuswillbeontheNVHtestrig,ensuringtheexecutionofcomponentandsystemteststoassessNVHperformanceforconventional,hybrid,andelectricpowertrains.

Responsibilities

• OperateanddeveloponeofthemostadvancedNVHtestrigsintheregion,conductingteststoevaluatetheNVHperformanceforconventional,hybrid,andelectricpowertrains.
• Takeownershipofassignedtestrigs,ensuringhigh-qualityoperation,routinemaintenance,necessaryupgrades,andcontinuousefficiencyimprovements.
• Actastheprimarycontactforoperationalissues,resolvingproblemssystematicallytopreventrecurrence.
• DevelopandimprovetestsontestbenchplatformssuchasPUMAandCANape,focusingoninnovationandprecisioninperformanceevaluation.
• Collaboratecloselywithtestengineering,NVHengineering,testrigoperators,andvariousR&Ddepartmentstoexecuteandoptimizetestingprocesses.
• DeveloptoolsanddocumentationtostandardizeandensureconsistentoperationacrossalltestrigsbysettingandusingKeyPerformanceIndicators(KPIs)toenhancetestingqualityandefficiency.
• You will be working in the R&D Test Center department in Sint-Truiden where automatic transmissions, hybrid and full electric prototype powertrains are assembled and validated.

• ExperienceinLabviewwouldbeabigplus

• Knowledgeofautomotivetesting,sensors,dataacquisition,testequipmentandelectromechanicsisanasset.
• YoucancommunicateinEnglishfluently
