ENGIBEX is a Belgian engineering consulting firm seeking a Technical Project Leader to manage qualification initiatives for R&D projects. You will prepare qualification plans, coordinate with Imec suppliers and act as the interface between suppliers, Test Houses, and customers.

The role requires knowledge of qualification standards and ASIC testing concepts, plus experience with radiation tests and statistical analyses.

Qualifications

• Qualification Strategy and Mission profile expertise.
• Knowledge of ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD22, JESD47, MIL-STD-883.
• Understanding of ASIC testing concepts and radiation tests (TID/SEE).
• Experience with statistical and process capability analysis.
• Fluent in English.

• Lead technical projects and coordinate with Imec suppliers.
• Prepare the Qualification plan and reports.

• Write the Qualification report.

Job Description

• Technical project leader
• Prepare the Qualification plan
• Coordinate the execution with the Imec suppliers
• Be the interface with the supplier, Test House and the customer
• Analyse the testing profile
• Create report and presentations to the customer
• Write the Qualification report

Profile / Requirements

• Qualification Strategy, Mission profile
• Knowledge of the main Qualification Standards (ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD22, JESD47, MIL-STD-883)
• Knowledge of ASIC testing concepts
• Knowledge of Radiation tests (total ionizing dose (TID) and single event effects (SEE) radiation tests)
• Knowledge on statistical analysis and process capability analysis
• Fluent in English
