ENGIBEX in Belgium is seeking a Technical Project Leader specialized in qualification activities. You will prepare Qualification plans, coordinate with Imec suppliers, and act as the main interface with suppliers, test houses and customers.

The role requires knowledge of international qualification standards, ASIC testing concepts, and radiation test methods; you will analyze testing profiles and deliver reports and presentations to the customer.

Qualifications

• Experience in defining Qualification Plans and strategies.
• Familiar with ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD22, JESD47, MIL-STD-883 standards.
• Knowledge of ASIC testing concepts.
• Knowledge of radiation tests (TID and SEE).
• Strong statistical analysis and process capability skills.
• Excellent coordination with suppliers and test houses.

Profile / Requirements

• Qualification Strategy, Mission profile
• Knowledge of the main Qualification Standards (ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD22, JESD47, MIL-STD-883)
• Knowledge of ASIC testing concepts
• Knowledge of Radiation tests (total ionizing dose (TID) and single event effects (SEE) radiation tests)
• Knowledge on statistical analysis and process capability analysis
• Fluent in English
