Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Test Officer and Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site in Belgium. You will lead end-to-end testing within a V-Model, coordinating with IS Life and Application Support teams on unit, integration, system and UAT testing.

You will implement AI-assisted testing, transfer knowledge to client teams, and report progress to the client manager. On-site Tuesdays are fixed, with a second on-site day chosen by you, and remote work aligned with client policy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Officer or Test Analyst in a V-Model environment.
• Mandatory experience with AI-assisted testing and capability to transfer AI knowledge to stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating testing across multiple client teams (IS Life for unit/integration; Application Support for system/UAT).
• Strong test design, execution and defect management skills with typical test tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in French, Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver testing leadership within a V-Model lifecycle, ensuring traceability from requirements to test design, execution and acceptance.
• Coordinate testing and validation split between IS Life and Application Support at the client.
• Ensure unit/integration testing is managed by IS Life and system/UAT by Application Support.
• Define, maintain and execute test strategies, plans, scenarios and detailed test cases across all V-Model levels.
• Implement and operate AI-assisted testing approaches, measuring efficiency and coverage gains.
• Transfer AI testing knowledge to client teams through coaching, playbooks and templates.
• Manage defects from identification to closure with clear triage and root-cause follow-up.
• Establish requirements traceability, risk-based prioritization and coverage reporting.

Job description

Keystone Solutions is recruiting a Test Officer and Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site. You will operate as a Keystone Solutions consultant, delivering end-to-end testing leadership within a V-Model context. Testing and validation responsibilities are explicitly divided at the client: unit and integration testing are under the responsibility of the IS Life team, and system and user acceptance testing are under the responsibility of the Application Support team. The mission duration is 1 year. Proven experience with AI assisted testing is mandatory, including the ability to transfer AI knowledge to stakeholders. You will report to the client manager. Language proficiency in French, Dutch and English is required. Tuesday is the fixed team day on site, with a second on-site day of your choice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver testing leadership as a Keystone Solutions consultant within a V-Model lifecycle, ensuring traceability from requirements to test design, execution and acceptance.
• Coordinate testing and validation that are separated between IS Life and Application Support at the client.
• Ensure unit and integration testing are managed under the responsibility of IS Life, aligning on scope, coverage and quality gates.
• Ensure system testing and user acceptance testing are managed under the responsibility of Application Support, aligning entry and exit criteria, environments and sign-off.
• Define, maintain and execute test strategies, plans, scenarios and detailed test cases across all levels of the V-Model.
• Implement and operate AI assisted testing approaches, tools and workflows, ensuring measurable efficiency and coverage gains. Experience in AI assisted testing is mandatory.
• Transfer AI testing knowledge to client teams through coaching, pair working, playbooks and reusable templates.
• Manage defects from identification to closure, ensure clear triage and root-cause follow-up with IS Life and Application Support.
• Establish requirements traceability, risk-based prioritization and coverage reporting across unit, integration, system and user acceptance stages.
• Prepare and manage test data, environments and test automation assets where applicable.
• Provide regular progress updates, dashboards and actionable insights to the client manager and stakeholders.
• Facilitate UAT planning, preparation of acceptance criteria and formal sign-off in collaboration with business users.
• Ensure compliance with client standards, documentation practices and release criteria.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Test Officer or Test Analyst working with the V-Model.
• AI assisted testing experience is mandatory, including practical deployment in testing activities and the ability to transfer knowledge in AI to teams.
• Demonstrated coordination across multiple teams, specifically IS Life for unit and integration, and Application Support for system and user acceptance testing.
• Strong test design, execution and defect management experience with common test management toolchains.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Language proficiency in French, Dutch and English.
• Availability to be on site on Tuesday as the fixed team day, plus a second on-site day that you choose.
• Detail oriented, structured, proactive and comfortable working in a client-facing consultancy setup.
