Cloud Power Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Test Lead / Test Coordinator to join a strategic banking transformation programme. You will ensure quality, stability and delivery of a critical solution implementing a Microsoft Dynamics-based platform that manages hundreds of thousands of customer files.

You will define test strategies across Waterfall, Agile and SAFe, develop tests, lead analysts, coordinate UAT and E2E testing, monitor progress and risks, review results, and report weekly to

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Test Lead/Coordinator/Manager roles.
• Proven ability to define test strategies and coordinate testing activities.
• Strong experience with UAT, system, integration, regression and E2E testing.
• Good knowledge of ISTQB principles and testing methodologies.
• Experience in Agile and SAFe environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Hands-on mindset with technical knowledge to support test teams.

• Develop test plans, test approaches and test requirements.
• Lead and support Test Analysts and test teams.

Test Lead / Test Coordinator – Banking

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead / Test Coordinator to join a strategic transformation programme within the banking sector.

The programme focuses on the transformation of customer review processes following new AML regulations, with the implementation of a new Microsoft Dynamics-based platform managing and monitoring hundreds of thousands of customer files.

As Test Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability and successful delivery of this business-critical solution.

• Define, maintain and follow up the test strategy across Waterfall, Agile and SAFe environments


• Develop test plans, test approaches and test requirements


• Lead and support Test Analysts and test teams


• Coordinate UAT, integration, system, regression and end-to-end testing


• Plan and monitor test activities, resources, dependencies and deliverables


• Monitor testing progress, quality and risks


• Review test cases, test data and test results


• Follow up and validate defects through to resolution


• Provide weekly test and management reporting

• Hands-on mindset with sufficient technical knowledge to support test teams
