LanceSoft Europe is seeking a Test Coordinator in Gosselies, Belgium for a 6-month contract (hybrid: 2 days onsite). You will define and coordinate testing across functional/non-functional areas, with emphasis on SAP Finance migration to S4HANA.

Strong leadership, SQL/BI understanding, and experience with Quality Center and Azure DevOps are required. Fluent French and English at respective CEFR levels, plus a track record in Agile/Scrum and V-model environments will help you succeed in this

• Experience using Azure DevOps and SAP-oriented testing in finance domain is desirable.

Location: Gosselies, Belgium - Hybrid 2 days onsite in a week

Duration: 6 Months Contract (Renewable)

The consultant may occasionally be required to be on-site for additional days, depending on departmental needs. As the Gosselies site is not easily accessible by public transport, having a driver's license and a vehicle is preferable for commuting.

Assignment Context

The Test Coordinator will join the project team responsible for defining and implementing various business or regulatory reports-covering different Client regions and departments that are being updated during the transition to S4HANA. This coordination role will involve close collaboration with the project manager, various Client departments, and the Data Factory.

The assignment will also include coordinating testing for the SAP Finance domain, which will take place during the migration of business data to S4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the testing strategy in alignment with Client testing methodology and project acceptance criteria (entry/exit criteria) for both functional and non-functional aspects (NFRs - load/performance/security).
• Define and coordinate activities across various testing phases (defining and executing test plans, data preparation, etc.) and manage the various teams and stakeholders (Business).
• Structure testing activities within testing tools (HPQC/Azure Test Plans) in accordance with Client best practices.
• Establish and maintain the testing schedule, including monitoring the availability of various test environments throughout all testing periods.
• Track raised defects and determine their priority in collaboration with the Project Manager, business stakeholders, and Data Factory representatives.
• Ensure data consistency within testing tools (test statuses vs. defects, test organization, etc.) using available scripts and with support from the Test Lead.
• Implement tracking metrics (based on Client standards) and ensure their quality to support decision-making by project and steering committees.
