Pauwels Consulting is seeking a focused QA professional to join a cross-functional team in Brussels. You will define test strategies, design integration and end-to-end tests, and drive automation across monolithic and modular applications.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master, collaborate with business and development, and ensure high-quality software delivery in a hybrid, 2-days-on-site model in Brussels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in testing and quality using Playwright, Cucumber, and Postman.
• 1+ years of experience in backend development with Java for automated test scripts.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL and XML for data and integration tasks.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools like Git.
• 1+ years in Agile (Scrum) environments, including facilitating ceremonies.
• Experience with complex payment or accounting systems.
• Include automated testing best practices and justifications in your application.
• Proactive, assertive, and strong team player.
• Native French with active English and passive Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Define test plans and acceptance criteria with business and development teams.
• Design, document, and execute integration and end-to-end tests.
• Automate test execution and oversee automation frameworks.
• Maintain and improve existing test suites for monolithic and modular apps.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master and promote quality practices.
• Evaluate bug severity and coordinate resolution through the SDLC.
