Equans is hiring a Tender Manager in Belgium to shape winning maintenance and facilities tenders across Wallonia. You will lead the full tender process from opportunity assessment to handover, collaborating with client teams and internal experts to build strong technical and commercial offers.

The role requires a Master's degree and experience in project or bid management, with fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in project management and/or bid management.
• Knowledge of maintenance & facilities services.
• Ability to analyse technical specifications, contractual obligations and technical documentation.
• Comfortable with current digital tools and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Identify relevant business opportunities for the company.
• Analyse technical, administrative, financial and legal specs to understand client needs.
• Develop winning bid strategies and lead cost estimation activities.
• Prepare and compile qualification files and plan workload priorities.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders including purchasing, legal and technical teams.
• Define technical solutions aligned with client specs and objectives.
• Establish project baselines, planning and procurement strategies.
• Identify project risks and opportunities and negotiate with clients and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and validation processes.
• Support the launch phase and ensure smooth tender-to-execution transition.
• Manage bid tracking through CRM tools and lead sales meetings.
