De kandidaat beschikt over een logistieke achtergrond, sterke admin-vaardigheden en uitstekende Engels; Nederlands is een plus. De positie biedt een interim-contract en samenwerking in een internationale omgeving.

Qualifications

• Een logistieke opleiding of training is vereist.
• Ervaring met vracht- en expeditieregels is een plus.
• Sterke administratieve vaardigheden en vaardigheid in diverse softwaretoepassingen.
• Hands-on instelling, prioriteiten kunnen stellen en dingen gedaan krijgen.
• Zeer zelfstandige maar also een teamspeler.
• Goede communicatie, stressbestendig, nauwkeurig en proactief.

Responsabilités

• Openen en beheren van operationele dossiers in interne systemen van begin tot eind.
• Verwerken van alle verzenddocumenten, inclusief douane- en zeevracht documenten.
• Zorgen voor tijdige en nauwkeurige gegevensverwerking en opvolging van zendingen.
• Beheer van inkomende en uitgaande orders.
• Facturatie verwerken en dossiers bijhouden.
• Communiceren met klanten en interne belanghebbenden over zendingstatus en operationele zaken.

Logistics Specialist – Join a dynamic logistics environment where your administrative and operational skills make a real difference every day.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage operational files in internal systems from start to finish.
• Handle all shipment-related documentation, including customs and ocean freight documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate data processing and follow-up of shipments.
• Manage incoming and outgoing orders efficiently.
• Process invoicing and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status and operational matters.

Profiel kandidaat

Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment?

• You hold a degree or training in logistics; experience in freight forwarding is an asset.
• You have strong administrative skills and are comfortable working with various software applications.
• You have a hands-on attitude, can set priorities, and know how to get things done.
• You work well independently while also being a team player.
• You are communicative, resilient under pressure, accurate, proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented.
• Knowledge of logistics documents such as CMR, Packing Lists, T1, and EX-A is an advantage.
• You have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• You are open to working in a temporary position under an interim contract.
