Bridge Industrial is seeking a Telecommunication Commissioning Supervisor to oversee pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for telecommunications and related interfaces. You will ensure tests are conducted according to design specifications, procedures, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities include developing loop checks, coordinating schedules with project engineers, reviewing vendor SATs, and supervising integration tests to ensure safe, compliant operation.

Responsabilités

• Develop loop checks / interfaces plans with objectives, procedures, and schedules for testing and validation.
• Develop the pre-commissioning & commissioning schedule to set in service all systems related to Telecommunications. Collaborate with project engineers and other disciplines to ensure commissioning activities are integrated into the overall project schedule.
• Review Vendors SAT / Procedures / Reports for testing.
• Assist Telecommunications Contractor, Subcontractor SAT, and testing of systems, including interfaces, and loop checks; supervise integration tests to ensure safe operation.
• Create and/or review SAT, pre-commissioning and commissioning test procedures (CTPs), ensuring they are detailed and comply with industry standards and contract.
• Ensure test procedures are clear and provide specific instructions for conducting tests safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of all electrical commissioning activities, including test results, inspection reports, punch lists, and compliance documentation.

The Telecommunication Commissioning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing theTelecommunications / Security Systems pre-commissioning and commissioning, and theinterfaces / loop checks with all systems, equipment and Instruments within the project.This role focuses on ensuring that all Telecommunications are correctly set in service, andvalidated according to design specifications, procedures, schematics, and operationalrequirements, contributing to the safe and e#icient operation of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Testing and Verification:
• Assist Telecommunications Contractor, Subcontractor’ SAT, and testing of systems, including their interfaces, and loop checks. o Supervise Telecommunications integration tests to ensure that systems operate correctly and safely.

• Determine temporary system requirements to enable commissioning testing
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during the precommissioning and commissioning process, working closely with other Site disciplines to implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all electrical commissioning activities, including test results, inspection reports, punch lists, and compliance documentation.
• Communicate test results and findings to project stakeholders, including Commissioning Manager and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Ensure that all Safety Protocols, Permit to Works, and RAMS are followed and that personnel involved in pre-commissioning and commissioning are trained in the relevant safety practices.
• Participate in the final acceptance process, ensuring that all control systems are fully tested and verified to meet acceptance criteria.

Key Requirements

• A degree in Controls / Telecommunications engineering or a related similar field, with substantial experience in Telecommunications systems commissioning or a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of Telecommunications systems, including loop checks. and interfaces tests.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues e#ectively.
• E#ective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
