Infrabel seeks a senior leader to define strategic objectives for Telecom and IT infrastructure and translate them into tactical plans and KPIs. You will lead critical digital infrastructure projects, focusing on quality, security, and budget management, while building high-performing teams.

The role emphasizes strategic oversight, maintenance, and collaboration with telecom operators to improve radio coverage and resilience across Belgium’s rail network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Telecom with team and project management experience.
• Experience leading telecom/infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of IT housing and infrastructure budgets.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to strategic frameworks and translate them into tactical plans and KPIs.
• Ensure performance and resilience of Telecom and IT infrastructure through maintenance management.
• Lead project management and delivery of telecom activities within I-ICT.
• Improve processes related to Telecom/IT housing investments and maintenance.
• Prepare, monitor, and optimize investment and operational budgets.
• Develop collaboration models with telecom operators to enhance radio coverage.
• Build strong teams of experts and operational profiles.
• Supervise ICT infrastructure interventions with strict safety procedures.
• Stay updated on Telecom, IT housing, cybersecurity, and market trends.
