Randstad Belgium is seeking a proactive Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of telecom infrastructure projects and ensure smooth delivery with various stakeholders. The role is on-site in the Mechelen region, starting mid-October 2026 for a full-time assignment through the year-end with a possible extension.

You will lead rollout efforts including fiber, cabling and civil works, serve as the main escalation point, and report progress to management.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management within the telecom sector.
• Technical affinity with network and infrastructure rollout (fiber, cabling, civils).
• Experience with stakeholder and escalation management in customer-focused environments.
• Independent work style with ownership in fast-changing environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Dutch.
• Experience in utility/infrastructure/government-related projects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple telecom infrastructure projects and monitor progress.
• Act as central point of contact for escalations and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, planners and external partners.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to keep to schedule.
• Report project status to management.
