For a growing client, we are looking for a Technical Operator to strengthen their production department.

Job Description:

What does the role of a technical operator involve?

1. Correctly setting up machines according to production requirements.

2. Monitoring the process, intervening in case of deviations, and performing minor technical interventions.

3. Starting up, changing over, and adjusting production lines.

4. Checking the quality of the produced goods.

5. Actively maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace.

6. Timely reporting of technical malfunctions to the technical department.

Candidate Profile:

What do we expect from you as a technical operator?

1. You have technical insight and a passion for working in a production environment.

2. Experience as an operator is a plus, but motivation and a strong technical mindset are most important.

3. You are precise, independent, and solution-oriented.

4. You can communicate fluently in Dutch.

5. You are willing to work in a two-shift system.
