Asap Belgium in Gent is seeking a technically-minded warehouse operator to take ownership of logistics and stock control in a new role with growing responsibilities. You will work independently, ensuring accurate inventory and timely availability of materials for production.

You will organize the logistics using an existing Excel template, liaise with production teams, order materials (workwear, tools, components), and record movements in Business Central, while seeking continuous improvements

Formación

• Experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory control.
• Ability to work independently and be proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and manage the logistics using the existing Excel template.
• Serve as the point of contact for production departments on materials and orders.
• Order and track materials such as workwear, tools, and technical components.
• Manage inventory in the warehouse and on-site.
• Record all stock movements in Business Central.
• Ensure materials are available for production on time.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehouse and logistics processes.
