AANWERVINGSHUIS is seeking a Commercial Inside Sales professional who blends technical insight with commercial acumen. You will listen, collaborate, advise and actively follow up to convert inquiries into orders.

You will mainly work from the inside and will occasionally accompany clients on-site when needed, ensuring accurate handling of customer data, pricing and files in the ERP system.

Qualifications

• Analyze customer inquiries and translate them into technically and commercially strong quotes.
• Proactively follow up on quotes and guide customers to a decision.
• Advise customers by phone and email about products, applications and alternatives.
• Find the most suitable technical solution for each situation.

Responsabilités

• Support customers during commissioning of installations.
• Provide technical and commercial support to external sales colleagues.
• Maintain contacts with customers and suppliers.
• Manage customer data, prices and dossiers in Business Central.
• Monitor commitments and deadlines from inquiry to delivery.
