Maintenance Manager – Overview

Location: West-Vlaanderen
Employment: Full-time (possible part-time options)
Shift: Night shift (21:00–05:10), Sunday to Thursday

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of the machine park
• Fault detection, troubleshooting and resolution of technical quality and production problems
• First point of contact for operators during technical issues
• Installation of new machines and execution of improvements on existing machines and installations
• Active contribution to the optimisation of the production process
• Reporting to the Head Technician and the Technical Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum A2 diploma in a technical direction or equivalent by experience
• Preferable several years experience as a technician in a production environment
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge, or willingness to learn
• Driven by technical developments and new technologies
• Strong teamwork orientation, but able to work independently
• Stress‑resistant and solution‑oriented in problem situations
• Flexible to work content and ready to roll up sleeves
