Hotel Granada Johor Bahru is seeking a maintenance worker to perform a variety of tasks including repair of equipment, electronics, painting, cleaning, and wiring.

You will regularly service electronics such as refrigerators and air conditioners, ensuring safety equipment is functional and premises are well maintained.

Responsabilités

• Must perform tasks such as repairing various equipment and materials, replacing electronics, painting, cleaning or wiring work.
• Also maintain electronics like refrigerators, television sets, air conditioners, etc. to be done regularly.
• Responding to and solving guest complaints or issues in a timely manner, and must also fulfill work orders when issues cannot be resolved.
• Ensure that safety equipment such as fire alarms, fire extinguishers, etc. are in place and in working condition.
• Refurbish chairs, tables, doors, windows and counters to keep them maintained for long term.
• Ground maintenance such as cleaning and maintenance of parking lot, garden or landscaping, swimming pool, etc.
• Be on call 24/7 for emergency to know if guests have any grievances.
• Assist HR personnel to inspect staff hostel when needed.
• Common tasks include painting, electrical accessory replacements and repair, and some wiring. Air conditioners must also be cleaned or replaced regularly.
• Workers also are required to complete daily rounds, checking on basic hotel accommodations and identifying and reporting any problems.
