Keystone Solutions is seeking a Technical Scrum Master / Developer for a consultancy mission in Belgium. You will guide a development team in Agile practices while bringing Java/Angular expertise, representing Keystone Solutions on client site, and delivering value through collaborative, adaptive leadership.

The role combines on-site and remote work in a hybrid setup, requires strong communication in French, and focuses on driving velocity, quality, and continuous improvement across scrum teams.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, methods, tools, and techniques.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams.
• Proficiency in Java / JEE / Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Angular.
• Experience with REST APIs and service-oriented architecture.
• Knowledge of SQL / DB2 / MySQL.
• Experience with Git / GitLab / CI/CD.
• JUnit / Mockito experience.
• Familiarity with iceScrum or equivalent tools.
• Ability to adapt principles to different contexts and situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of French.

Responsabilités

• Ensure proper application of Agile methodology and Scrum framework within the team.
• Facilitate collaboration between the team and stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve team velocity and performance indicators.
• Identify and resolve obstacles hindering team progress.
• Educate IT teams on Agile methods and the Scrum framework.
• Assist the Product Owner in prioritizing the product backlog.
• Develop autonomy, accountability, and collaboration among team members.
• Promote a culture of trust and respect.
• Understand technical challenges faced by the team.
• Collaborate with Technical Lead and developers.
• Ensure technical constraints are considered in estimations and planning.
• Help the team deliver quality increments that meet the definition of done.
• Track key indicators (velocity, burndown, quality).
• Identify improvement areas and implement concrete actions.
• Ensure transparency on project progress to management and stakeholders.
• Align the team with the product vision and priorities.
• Share knowledge with other Agile/Scrum teams.

As a consultant, you will be representing Keystone Solutions and will be engaged in dynamic projects that foster professional growth.
