4G Clinical is a global leader in RTSM and supply forecasting software, part of the Fast Company's Best Workplaces for Innovators list. We seek a Technical Product Analyst to drive technical releases, upgrades, and product quality across global client engagements.

You will translate needs into technical requirements and guide cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes Python scripting, Agile development experience, and strong communication with DevOps, Engineering, QA, and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in clinical research, RTSM/IRT services delivery, or eClinical systems implementation.
• Experience in software development, including Python scripting and code reviews.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with US FDA GCP, ICH GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, and EU Annex 11.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical input for releases and upgrades.
• Develop risk assessments for product upgrades; define mitigation and testing strategies.
• Manage configuration options for production features; scripting as needed.
• Maintain upgrade process and configuration records; collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, QA, and Client Directors.
• Create and maintain release notes and user manuals; assist with upgrade plans.
