Alteo Recruitment is seeking a Technical Manager Electricity for a client in Belgium. You will act as the technical authority on high/low voltage installations, ATEX zones, and fire detection systems, leading a team of inspectors and assuming increasing technical accountability.

You will advise clients on regulatory compliance and translate their needs into high-quality service delivery, with Dutch fluency and French/English as assets. The role offers a CDI, 39h/week, and an attractive package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in inspection/certification or industrial setting.
• Fluent Dutch; knowledge of French and English as assets.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of around 15 inspectors in electrical inspection activities.

For one of our clients, an independent technical inspection and certification company, Alteo Recruitment is looking for a Technical Manager Electricity. The client's name is shared during our first confidential conversation.

You are the technical authority behind the electrical inspection activity: high and low voltage installations, ATEX zones and fire detection systems. You lead a team of around 15 inspectors, and you gradually take over full technical accountability for the department. You also advise clients on regulatory compliance and translate their needs into high-quality service delivery.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree in electrical engineering (industrial or civil), or an equivalent technical background
• Experience in industry or within an inspection / certification body
• Solid knowledge of electrical safety regulations, in particular the Belgian RGIE/AREI; fire safety and ATEX knowledge is a strong asset
• Leadership skills combined with a hands-on, client-oriented mindset
• Dutch is required for this position: you speak Dutch fluently, in combination with French (English is an asset)
