Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle APEX.

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle database environments.
• Proven track record in functional analysis.

This role combines technical leadership with functional analysis to support and expand a system used for project estimation and cost management.

• Lead the further development and maintenance of the online project estimation platform.
• Perform comprehensive functional analysis to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including database specialists and developers.
• Oversee the implementation of reporting and documentation tools.
• Ensure the quality and technical integrity of the application architecture.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define and refine platform functionalities.

• You have 3+ years of experience in Oracle APEX.
• You possess 3+ years of experience with APEX Office Print.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in Oracle database environments.
• You have a proven track record in functional analysis.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working within public sector organizations.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
